Disclaimer by Lenders

All loans are made for the sole benefit of Borrower and the Lender, and no other person or persons shall have any benefits, rights or remedies by reason of any actions taken by Borrower or the Lenders pursuant to this Loan. Neither Borrower nor any Lender shall be liable for any debts or claims accruing in favor of any such parties against any Borrower or others. The Lenders, by making the Loan or taking any action pursuant to any of the Loan Documents, shall not be deemed a partner or a joint venturer with any Borrower or any fiduciary of Borrower.
